breaking news out of san francisco this morning. police say a woman is behind bars and a pibicyclist in the hospital after a chase eventually ending in a crash. the female driver was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. bob redell joins us live in san francisco we very latest. >> reporter: good morning, laura. we just learned from chp this is not the first time this woman driver has been arrested for a dui or for drinking while driving. she does have previous charges. the accident, the crash, ended up right here. we're on 17th and you can see her car ended up sideswiping this vehicle and there was a bicyclist on the other side. if you take a look at the tape you can see the condition the bicyclist was in as he was put into the ambulance. the good news is that he was conscious, awake and we understand in spite of the fact that he was on a bicycle and took an impact from another vehicle, he is going to be okay. this started around 2:00 this morning. this woman was trying to get on the 4st street on-ramp to the bay bridge which is s

but not before we hit the 70s in some cities. 67 here in san jose. san francisco, 66 degrees. we're not going to be this warm for a while. so enjoy it while it lasts. first storm comes up from the south, packing a lot of moisture. we're expecting the bulk of the moisture to come through over the course of tomorrow morning. another wave of heavy moisture tomorrow night before the second storm arrives. this one's a cold one. it originated in the gulf of alaska. this is not going to bring quite as much moisture with it but it will bring cold air. we're getting a 1-2 punch. rain totals vary from .5 inches to 1.5 inches. thunderstorms and gusty winds. spotty showers start tonight at about 5:00 p.m. bulk of the moisture, the first wave comes through at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. that's going to continue, on and off light showers throughout the day. at 11:00 p.m., we have moderate rainfall from santa rosa down to novato. and getting some of that moderate rain over the santa cruz mountains. we could see flooding in that region. stop that clock for you again at 5:00 a.m. saturday, and
